For orders paid via offline bank transfer, an invoice will be issued manually. Please note that your order will be shipped only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Domestic and international delivery

If the item is in stock, delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1-3 business days.

For delivery to the European Union and international destinations, the estimated delivery time is 9-14 business days.

Please note that delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and local postal services.


Shipping Within Switzerland

- For orders with a total value of up to CHF 290, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and range from CHF 4 to CHF 17, including packaging and postal fees.

- Orders with a total value exceeding CHF 290 qualify for free shipping throughout Switzerland.

Shipping to the European Union

- For orders with a total value of up to CHF 340, shipping costs are CHF 19.50, including packaging and postal fees.

- Orders with a total value of CHF 340 or more qualify for free shipping within the European Union.

Please note that deliveries to EU countries may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

International Shipping

- For orders with a total value of up to CHF 350, international shipping is charged at a flat rate of CHF 39, including packaging and postal fees.

- Orders with a total value of CHF 350 or more qualify for free international shipping.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

For customers in Switzerland, returns and exchanges are free of charge, provided that the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, unstained, and returned in its original condition.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, the refund amount may be reduced based on an assessment of the product's condition by our team.

To help us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please provide your order number when contacting us.
